Return and Refund Policy

Reimbursement and Exchanges

We accept in-store refund and exchange requests for products that meet one of the following requirements:

  1. Defective product
  2. Product is not the one ordered

Refund and exchange requests can be made within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds and exchanges do not apply to the following products/services:

  • Product already unpacked , used or a customized product.

Returns

Returns can be made in person directly at our store at 8505 Rue Lafrenaie, Saint-Léonard, QC H1P 2B3 or by mail at your expense.

Deposits

Deposits are not refundable on orders for Leer pickup truck caps, custom products and special orders.

Guarantees

We honor the original guarantees of all our manufacturers.  Adanac galvanized steel upfittings are guaranteed for a period of 5 years. Our aluminum upfittings are covered for a period of 10 years.
